Milk Can Hamburgers & Frozen Custard is a fresh take on your favorite Wisconsin frozen burger and custard traditions. With roots in supper clubs and strong ties to the state of Wisconsin, we're building our brand around quality, community, and a commitment to authentic Midwestern hospitality.
Milk Can debuted as a food truck in October 2019. The goal was simple: a no-fuss, family-friendly menu filled with fresh, homemade, local ingredients, delivered with the best service you've ever received.
Our restaurant on Janesville Road is Milk Can's first permanent home, and we're proud to be the headquarters for this growing brand. This unique concept combines a kitchen from scratch with a drive-thru service, as well as a beautiful dining room with customer service, to offer a truly unique dining experience.
Job Description
At Milk Can, our Back of House team prides itself on preparing fresh, local, made-to-order dishes for our customers. With a focus on food preparation, cooking, and cleaning, the Kitchen team is focused on maintaining product speed and quality while managing large volumes of work.
Kitchen team members participate in tip sharing, which usually adds a few extra dollars to the hourly rate.
Responsibilities
Prepare food to our high quality standards, including the preparation of our many homemade ingredients.
Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and organization of the assigned work areas.
Maintain speed while ensuring order accuracy and quality during service.
Follow all food safety and health procedures.
Handle high-volume cooking equipment, such as grills and fryers.
Receiving and arranging deliveries
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
