Milk Can Hamburgers & Frozen Custard is a fresh twist on your favorite Wisconsin burger and custard traditions. With supper club roots and deep ties to the state of Wisconsin, we’re building our brand around quality, community and a commitment to genuine Midwestern hospitality. 

Milk Can debuted as a food truck in October of 2019. The goal was simple: a familiar, uncomplicated menu full of fresh, house-made and local ingredients; delivered with the best service you’ve ever had. We’re now opening our first permanent home and we are excited to welcome you as a leader of our team.

Job Summary

At Milk Can, our Associate manager role is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity to become one of the first operational leaders in a new brand with a bright future.  As an early leader in a new concept, you won’t just be executing a playbook, you’ll be helping to write the playbook.  Your objective will be to lead the Milk Can staff to achieve day-to-day operational excellence by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports operational standards and the culture of genuine hospitality.
